  • Special-category data only where required by law or based on explicit consent

Purposes

Data is processed for commercial and contractual operations, customer and supplier management, technical website operation, enquiry and complaint handling, sales and marketing, corporate communications, HR, physical and information security, finance, audit and legal obligations.

Collection, disclosure and retention

Data is collected verbally, in writing or electronically under Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK and, where required, explicit consent. It may be disclosed on a need-to-know basis to employees, affiliates, partners, suppliers and authorised bodies. It is erased, destroyed or anonymised when legal and operational periods expire.

Your Article 11 rights

  • Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about that processing
  • Learn the purpose of processing, whether data is used accordingly and the third parties receiving it
  • Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and, where conditions apply, erasure or destruction
  • Object to adverse results produced solely by automated analysis and seek compensation for unlawful processing

How to apply

Applications should state your identity, nationality where relevant, notification and contact address, request and supporting documents. Apply in person or by notary to the registered office, or email info@idaconsulting.net with “Personal Data Information Request”. Requests are normally concluded within 30 days.
